Be careful you don't have ad blockers on. And of course you haven't excluded your usergroup from seeing ads.

I had the same issue, the header and footer ads were not showing up for me.
My footer ads only shows up when i enable "ads rotation", but my header is not showing up at all.

Can you tell us what templates are those and if there's any way to restore them if we have backups?

i just fix this prb by changing this 5 templates and to restore them you can run the upgrade.php or just wait till next vb relase because your forum dont use them

I also can't get header, left column, right column, or nav bar ads to show. Only footer ads will show.

Will this work with multiple skins on the same forum? Multiple in that there are different color schemes, etc.

What about if I change to a custom template in the future?

Vbulletin options is at the top of the left side column. Open it up and select 'vbulletin options' underneath it. There are 5 advertisement options.

I'm running into a problem now that I've installed it all.

The ads Google AdSense simply aren't showing up on the right side of the forum (I'm going to assume the left side as well, but I haven't checked that)

I recently ran an update from 3.7.1 to 3.7.2 and did NOT revert my templates. Could this be the problem?

If I revert my templates, then won't I loose any custom edits that are in those templates for the mods I have installed?

The ads in the header AND the footer are showing up twice.

Using FireBug I see that the auto_refresh_footer.php file is calling the code again. What's so bad about it is that it's cutting the bottom part of it off for some reason. but only on the second ad box, not the first one.

This happens on IE7 AND FireFox 3.0

Ads are showing up twice when ad rotation is on, without ad rotation on it will move it to the left. Center tag does nothing.


EDIT: Uninstalled, having too many problems :( Maybe reinstall on a later version.

Honestly, this is a mess. The instructions make little if any sense. Are you supposed to install another mod before this one? Please provide step-by-step instructions in plain English. I'd like to have an ad management system, but can't do it unless someone can communicate the fineries to me. Don't hesitate to PM.

Good job! I was having the issue with the ads showing up twice as well. I read your post, then disabled the rotations and it moved it to the left.

I still can't get it to show up on the left side of the page at all...

EDIT: I did find that if you turn off 'Auto Refresh Ads' it will only show them once. Anyone else notice this?

also, specifically where should the ads show up when you put them in the forumbit?

I've added the code and it doesn't show up any where that I can tell, but I could be looking in the wrong spot.

I haven't changed any templates. There is no error-message, it's like the mod isn't installed!

I added $ad_headerEnd to the header template, then the Ads are correctly displayed (not in the correct position, but are displayed!) So I think, the automatic template change doesn't work?!

1= in previous version ((1.0........to 2.2 )) if you uninstall this mod you can delete the 5 default templates and to restore them you must run the upgrade.php?step=4
2= if you upgarde your forum you have to re-import the product again !

to center the ads just go to style manager , your style , ad_whatever and put the code betwen <center> and </center> .

i will post v2.4 this week with this new features :
* vb 3.7.x : give the abilitity to your members to add there ad or banner in memberinfo , group and album (( they can do control this via usercp ))
* ad a square ad {{ large 336/280 ,medium 300,225 ............ }} in left or right side in postbit , postbit_legacy , pms , announcement

when you add the code make sure you put the forumsid with which you want to display the random advertisements, separated by | example : 1 | 15 | 40 ...........
for your 2nd question yes you have this option in Advertisement System (postbit ))

I've got problems with this mod... the problem is that the footer ads don't show.

Is neccesary to activate the footer refresh? I think that the problems is there, if I activate the footer refresh seems that the ad would be there but it doesn't appear (there's space for it) and a error message:

But if I don't activate the footer refresh the space for the ad dissapear and no error message appear. I really don't need the ad refresh...
