*upgraded* :) does this fix the IE setting issue?

Small typo in upgrade, in admincp, "Below" is spelled "Bellow" - sry for pointing htat out ;)

- Added option to turn system on or off
- Predefined error message is displayed to users when system is disabled
- Templates now goes to "Cybernetec" group in Style Manager

To upgrade:
1. Import product XML, allow overwrite
2. Upload .php file, replace old one

Love this, but in the future have you thought of intergrating other payment methods such as worldpay etc? Also what about sort of once someone donates you can set this hack or your promotions hack to auto move a member into a given group.....for example

Johnny is a registered member but donates to become a vip member at the minute it has to be done manually. Is there anyway Cyb - Advanced Permissions Based on User's Post Count & Cyb - PayPal Donate could work together. so if johnny makes his donation he is auto moved???
