A cool hack so members can select from 3 categories of pre-set usertitles :)

'Coder Titles'
`- n00b hacker
`- coder galore
`- uber coder

'Template Titles'
`- novice template monster
`- template galore
`- floris/zachery- wanna be

'vB Fan Titles'.
`- i love vbulletin
`- i like vbulletin
`- i adore forums

well choosable categories wouldn't be a problem, but i won't add you name somewhere :p

It was just a suggestion - It would be a good laugh if you would actually use those randomly-thought-up suggestions.

It's a tip of the day system that launches a popup for members once a day - if you're not a member it won't launch anything for you and it doesn't launch anything on the day you're account is established.

I *think* it's working, but I'm sorta waiting for reports from the users to be sure.

Still belongs on vBulletinTemplates. I'm sure nothing from the modification forums will be lost in the merge.
