i just upped the toolbar folder in whole to the forum root directory. and it worked like a charm

I uploaded all files in root & admin as he mentioned.

but nothing appeared to me.

do i need to edit a specific file and add it in a template or something?

he just mentioned that i should upload the files in my root and admin.

he said that i should remove install_tvb.php after uploading the other files and after adding my unsername and password!!!

what does that mean??! where to put my username and password?
