that is a shorthand margin property, which is great if you're setting each side differently. The sequence is clockwise from the top ? top, right, bottom, left. it something you could have found out yourself by using a search engine ;-)

I get the following when installing this update to V 4.1.3

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/sjmurphy/public_html/includes/hooks/navnet/parse_templates.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/sjmurphy/public_html/includes/class_bootstrap.php(414) : eval()'d code on line 1
