Try to select text over and over again within threads (try firefox), it seems to be causing quite a few lags. The typing lag happens randomly, and not always.

1. Such description is not good for bugreport.
2. You have no evidence, that lags are causer by iquote.

I have no evidence? I talked to multiple people and they all had the same issue. When I disabled the Iquote, the lagging suddenly stopped.. Even for me.

This should be included in vb default.

I mean, you can call editor with "quick reply" button. And delay can also happen. I agree, that there CAN be some problems, but your despription doesn't point, that those are 100% related to iquote, and are difficult to reproduce.

If you have time - try latest version from here http://github.com/rcdesign/vb-iquote. May be, it will make difference. There were too many refactoring, to explain details. Just try.

Well, not to rain on anyone's parade, but we have 13,000+ members and since installing this mod and having used it extensively, we've had NO complaints whatsoever and I see NO lags testing with Safari, IE and Firefox .... :confused:

I'm not sure I even understand how it could affect a browser that much to create such poor performance and lagging, but I'm not a programmer.

Using it with 4.04pl1 ...
