I know the author is no longer here, so hopefully someone else here can help.

The other day, at the request of another admin that works for KH-MF, I changed the order of the user info postbit from Join Date, Location, Age, Posts to Join Date, Posts, Age, Location by editing the postbit_legacy template.

After installing this modification, Threads was added at the end. I want Threads to be below Posts and above Age. I looked in the postbit_legacy template for it, but I'm not seeing that a code for Threads was added.

You need to move the template_hook line to where you want this code to show.

Where would I find this? I didn't see anything on a template hook for "Threads" in the postbit_legacy template.

Okay, that worked, but it somehow made Age and Location appear below the medals.

Installed on 4.2.x. Works nicely.
