Blocks are a bit hit and miss as they dont store the product id.
It attempts to find and update the existing block, but failed and defaulted to adding it again.

The failure was due to a typo in the code, which I have fixed.

I would suggest in your case the best bet is to uninstall, delete any blocks from this mod that remain, and then re-install.

Since i've upgraded to 4.1.8 all your mod now are missing commas any chance you will update all your mods Thanks.

Yep, seems I didnt alter the cache when I renamed it. Fixed in 4.1.8.1
