Go to Grid > AdminCP > Grid Manager > Download/Upload Grid

I guess I'm going to have to be walked through this step by step, I uploaded the vbulletin.grid-xml file.

Thus far the style remains the same.

Is there something to do next?

I must say these are sweet skins - elegant and sexy at the same time - love the rich colors.

Now do this step

Admincp > Layout Manager > Choose current Layout that your using > Click Go > Change grid to the downloaded grid

Don't forget to mark as installed

When I upload the grid file it does not show up in my Grid Manager - that seems to be the problem.

I have allowed the 'allow overwriting of Existing Grid" but it doesn't seem to take.

I don't see a way to place it name it on the Upload Grid page?

Thats odd...grid uploading should be very simple. Download grid attached > upload grid > apply grid to current theme using pencil icon. :)

I am doing "Upload XML file from my computer" browsing to the file and clicking 'Import". Is that correct?

At no place does it give me an opportunity to name it altho I would note that the name is the same as the default.

The page then automatically goes to the grid Manager - which does not include the new Grid.

If i upload the grid does it affect the other skins i have installed ?

You can choose what grid you want to use when you choose layout. Also not everyone is having grid issues.
