Its more than just an issue of colors, its an issue that he copied almost the exact colors (There is little different between the palettes used, I just checked them).

Also, the logo is a dead give away where he got his 'inspiration'. While its a simple logo, the placement is identical to vBSEO's style, even as far as using 'with' for the logo. I'm pretty sure I haven't seen ANY other style use that 'with', because most other people aren't trying to sell their product thats integrated with vBulletin.

Also, the tab styling is ALSO nearly identical to vBSEO, again, with only a small difference in the shade of the color you used.

The only difference is rounded corners, and a margin, other than that, you ripped the design completely.

While its not that big a deal, because vBSEO is based off the basic vB4 design, there's still the issue of you posting it here, and not even mentioning what inspired you to design it.

Also, offering to rip other designs is just morally wrong, and as a 'designer' (With this incident, I wouldn't even consider you one), you should know how taboo other designers find it.

EDIT: Also, vBSEO probably is at most inspired by nVidia, but that logo style is actually very common... I mean honestly, the logo is made up of 3 circles, separated in half into two colors, with a square background. Its not exactly original.

Was there really any need for that ? considering 99% of the styles on the internet are rips of another after all how many of use are using the same theme as vbulletin.com ?

Not really an issue, colors aren't exclusive to any website or person.

I didn't look very close, but it looked like a standard header graphic location to me? Even vBulletin.org has their header in the top-left of their skin.

Again, looks like default vBulletin navbar, with the colors. But the issue of reusing colors was address in point #1

Okay, but than this style is at very most inspired by vBSEO, the colors are very common actually, and nVidia actually uses them on their site as well.

I've compiled a list in less than 5 minutes of some of the many clone themes out there on vbulletin.org. Theres a ton more that people have made on vbulletin but I don't have the time to just go through them all.

Give me a 1 star on this theme, but honestly, you and I know that's a false rating. The theme is so perfect in its resemblance your astonished and it seems like its the first time people are getting angry. Is this theme's clone right on target and your mad because it's a legit clone. Take a look at all the themes above I listed. So next time you want to hate on this theme, hate on those links too, and see what people think about what you say. Stop embarrassing yourself.
