you cant support something that has to be rebuilt, he is taking his time as im sure he will release a new version as this doesn't work worth a damn, i want it to scan all my sections but it does 10 links at a time thats just lame i have over 55 thousand links and with the crons not working and setting it to the 50 max is still useless i want to set a cron to have it scan every thread 1 time per day..

this is very important issue regarding the visitors of the forums, as they become frustrated when they take long time redirected to dead link web pages.
but Unfortunately your modification need some improvements to become perfect one

There is some points I would like to take attention

1. if the post contain too much links ex. 30 the mod hang up (stop working)
2. if the post contain only one dead link from many working active links, the Bot send all the thread to the graveyard even if there is a replay contain correction to the link
3. the cron job not working
4. if the Bot cann`t process one thread ex. thread id 12345, it cann`t bypass it and manage the next one id 12346.

is there any methodes just to mark the linke if active or dead only without transfering the whole thread to another forum like this example and pm the poster with his dead links after specific period it will be transfered to the graveyard

because you didnt set up where to move the dead links

go to AdminCP>DLC Configuration> GraveYard Forum ID then put the forum id where you want to move the dead links automatically

I'm not getting any errors and it seems to work fine, I think.

But I wonder in the designated forum for the dead link 'boneyard' ... can it be shut off to posting so no stupid members post it, just 'read only'. It will still send dead links to there right?

I have no dead links yet so I just want to make sure the Boneyard forum can set to 'no posting'

EDIT: OK it worked as it should BUT I think it has a problem with SQL. It kept messing up my DB tables? At one point one of my forums had 16,1783,841 posts!

Also It moves WAAAAAYYY to fast! it doesnt seem to take a break after sets it also replies to the same dead topic over and over again. Weird it was working for awhile there.
