I didn't see anything wrong except for wrong image directory adress. Is your forum fixed width?

Your header images are in:
http://www.chikushobaka.com/forums/images/Christmas2008_skin/misc/logo.jpg

While the left and right images are pointing to the correct directory (as per installation instruction):
http://www.chikushobaka.com/forums/images/styles/christmas_2008/misc/left.jpg
http://www.chikushobaka.com/forums/images/styles/christmas_2008/misc/right.jpg

May I ask why images are in two different directories?
Looks like left and right images were not uploaded or you simply created wrong directory and misplaced images.

In admincp, go to Styles and Templates, choose General Templates, and change URLs for left.jpg in Header and right.jpg in Footer to:

chikushobaka.com/forums/images/Christmas2008_skin/misc/left.jpg

and

chikushobaka.com/forums/images/Christmas2008_skin/misc/right.jpg

respectively.
