The template can be found in your admin control panel, templates & styles and then each style you want to change it for. As far as what to change, it's just basic html code stylized with a little css. If you aren't familiar with basic html, checkout www.w3schools.com

Fixing Welcome headers compatibility for 3.7.x (duplicating messages).

In navbar this worked for me:

It is possible to install adsense code in the message: "you need a register.............................".

You can edit any of the messages through the Limited Guest Viewing options in the AdminCP.
