i installed and fixed in both templates but didnt work , it just wont show up

would be good if in the drop down menu in profile edit, you could see the flag images, not double letters. Is this possible instead?

one thing i found --is that there is a PP but no image for it--i have no ideal what PP stands for so i just removed it from the field i created.
