Wow this is great!

It only works on his forums, and u have to be premium subscriber to use it. In other words, its useless.

How To Make This Application Run On Startup
For Windows Users

1. Download the zip.
2. Extract the zip to [high]C:\Program Files\vbnotify[/high]
3. Download the shortcut file.
4. Paste the shortcut file in C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Start Menu\Programs

Note: Change USER to the name of your user account.

Hopefully I can get a new version out today sometime, im working on the configuration editor right now actually.
