K I think this will be the first thing I release without bugs :) (in fact: i hope so).

I tested this on 2 boards and it worked twice :).

I didn't change a lot beside it now is a product and it works now on 3.5.1 but I did add some code so moderators can change other users userpages and kill shouts on people who do not have a userpage.

Perhaps I'm missing something here, although I see no product in your zip except product-budiehack.xml.

I got it working fine on a 3.5.0 test board, but on the 3.5.1 It showed nothing in te admin CP, not nothing where I had to edit a phrase, just no blank options at all

Same here.
Just tried to install it into my 3.5.1 - no luck with it.
No options in the usergroup admin :(

Did ANYONE get to show up the options in the usergroup permissions in version 3.5.1? And if so, how? ;)
