Yes, use the uninstall feature and delete the files.

I'm sorry if this had been asked and answered, but I couldn't find it. If I enable the most helpful answers to "Displays a page of the top answers (posts) based on overall votes." where does this page display? Where may I find it? Thanks.

i get this error (a big Pop-Up Window), if i want to rate somebody:

MySQL-Fehler  : Column 'userid' specified twice

Ads? This modification has nothing to do with ads so those would be something on your side.

The file is helpfulanswers.php and exists whereever you uploaded it.

Your popup shows that there was an error but not what it was. You will need to tell me the database error for me to be of help.

Yikes. This was fixed a while back but it looks like I broke it again. Please upload helpfulanswers.php from the 1.8.4 zip file now posted.

Version 1.8.4 has been released which fixes an SQL bug. This bug was introduced in 1.8.3 when I used an old version of a query. Users who did not upload helpfulanswers.php will not be impacted.

To upgrade upload helpfulanswers.php. You can update the plugin file as well to change the version number although this is not required.
