Makes sense.

Perhaps the transaction table cost say something like:

You have got:
xx credits for logging in
xx points for posting

And the following bonuses...

xxxxx
xxxxx
xxxxx
xxxxx

etc.

What do you think?

Thank you for this great mod. It has been a real hit with my members.

I was curious if it would ever be possible to set up a recurring bonus for particular members? Perhaps for a certain range of time, or even indefinately. Kind of like an allowance that could be controlled per user and for set periods of time.

As you can see I have added it just like the readme told me to but its still not showing...

I see it says add "$template_hook[postbit_userinfo_right]" but where do I put it? Like if I wanted it just under the Gender: part

?

Hey Dark thanks for the quick reply! Just curious so I am going to use vbcredit with Ishop for now...when vbcommerce comes out will there be a import thing to convert Ishop to vbcommerce? Thanks!!! :)

I installed it but can't do step 5 (Go through and set the settings for each and every usergroup to determine the credit award amounts.). I can't find anything related to vbcredits in the usergroup settings. Please help.

chris1979: i always figured it was up to the admin to post an announcement regarding the amounts of the awards, or if they wanted them hidden. Would you want your users to know what action was the most exactly lucrative? i think it would encourage bad stuff :-p

Dmit87: you didnt upload the bitfield_credits.xml. do that, then reimport the product file again (it will rebuild your bitfields ;))

I'm not sure I understand. I uploaded the 2 folders (extra and upload) into my forum's directory. And I imported the product: products-credit.xml
