I'd make sure that under the vboptions for the shoutbox u have it set so that ur usergroup has permission to prune it.

already done mate also i have already checked every setting in the inferno options this is why im sat here clueless as to what to do now

I got a question... How are you soposed to edit users shouts, or are you soposed just prune the entire shoutbox. If thats the case then the lite is complete bull.....

I disabled the "show reply information" through the chat box. As the chatbox displayed private/non-public thread names. Other people just saw it.

So far my users love this, however, they were a little bummed to know that they are unable to view a 'chat history' where they can view previous shouts. An ability to Edit/Delete user shouts would be nice and the ability to prune individual messages and messages for a specific time period. If these items were added that would be great.

Jmurray, history, edit/delete individual messages are all already in the pro version =)

how do I get the shoutbox to show on all forum pages instead of just the index? I also just paid for the PRO version but haven't installed it yet, just running the LITE.

pub if you have the pro version you can get support on the support forums for it :)
