Is there a way to make the default setting, "send/receive to/from Buddies ONLY"

Right now, individual members can choose whether or not they want their buddies to contact them...I ONLY want it to be a 'buddy communication' thing.

Great hack and definately something I'd like to add to my site, but 2 questions

1) Does this use the censor list that my posts use?
(I don't want people to be able to use censored words, just like on the forum where they are automatically *'d out)

2) Are the messages logged?
(In cases of abuse I can check people's PMs if they report someone sending abusive messages to them, does this store messages on the database?)

What I should fill in Forum Directory Name under vB Pager Options if my forum has a url like http://forum.site.com ?

1) yes, if you have censored words, that's what they will see in the shoutbox.

2) Yes, if you click on the word SHOUTBOX on the actual box as displayed, it will bring you to a new page where you can look at what was posted and what was said........

should be like http://www.YOURSITE.com/forums WITH NO TRAILING / after the word forum or forums, what ever your root is named. Mine is forums.......

I am using this feature for mods only, and I intend to keep it that way. The only problem is that all of my regular members can see the vbPager icon button next to every users posts. I don't want them to be able to see it, I want it to be visible to mods only. How can I do this?
