Err..I Installed the arcade fine... but users say when they go to it .. it logs them out.. and when i go to it... its just a blank WHITE page.. so when i clear my cookies and retry.. it lets be view arcade.. now the next time i go back and refresh or whatever its blank again.. its weird.. like i have to keep deleting cookies just to view the arcade :\

NO ONE ELSE with this same problem? Any1 has an idea of where can this be coming from?

Great hack, Ive just added it. I noticed that you dont have to edit functions.php because when I edited it, it gave me errors. So I just uploaded the original file and it works..

Now I need to know, what template bit is the bar with the links such as search, new posts, memberlists etc.. I want to add Aracde onto that

This hack owns i can spend.. forever playing all the games, where do i go to get other games?

I have some new troubles with this hack i had to reinstall the whole forum so i re did the hack now it says this when i goto arcade.php "Rahzel, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

How taxing is this arcade hack on the server? Is it likely to slow down an already slowish server?

hmm its not bad at all mine doesn't slow down

well, thanx God these flash games are pretty small... and you gotta love flash... "once loaded, you dont have to load it again"... so the only thing slowing down your server after the first run would be to update the scores... which is very small bandwith... so i say... you'll never noticed a slow down on your server...

HELP!!!! Someone, anyone!

I have lastest verstion of arcade and VB 3.0.3. I just recently upgraded the site and had to reinstall the arcade.....

Seems that some of the left over databases are messing things up.

I tried to wipe all the databases but then get this error:

I installed 14 new games, and only those 14 are now showing up now. If I type in the url to the game that is not showing, I can play it. In the ACP I can see the games as enabled as well....

What can I do to show the hidden games?

I'm wondering why my arcade works fine but i don't see anything in the admincp to make the neccessary changes?

Everything is fine. I had about 10 games installed and working fine, added 14 more and only the new ones are showing in the arcade. In the ACP I can see all the games though.

umm is there a place where i can request game or something like that i have this putt putt golf game wondering if it can be added to this arcade have it is a .swf any ideas?

I was running Vb 3.0.0 and had the arcade installed and running great. Today I used beyond compare to update to vb 3.0.3 while not losing my hacks uploaded everything and now I cannot access the arcade.

It says that I do not have permission to access it PLUS when I am inteh admincp and try to enable to arcade (for some reason all arcade option went to OFF) it will nto save the settings I choose. Any ideas what would cause this?

Did u try looking on the bottom right of the page and click the arrow to go to page two of your arcades??

All works fine for me (had a problem with Dreamweaver messing with functions.php but thats fixed) Except that you cant save any high scores.

All high scores are 0.

Any ideas on whats wrong and how to fix?

After upgrading to v3 Arcade ver. 1.0.3 from ver. 1.0.1 my users have lost permissions to write comments, even I have lost them.
I have cheked usergroup settings and they are as should be. Any idea? Everything else works just fine and the upgrade is really what we wanted, thanks!

"Security Fixes" is too vague for me to upgrade.

I did upgrade but that is rather vague for those of us who've modified our arcade.php.

I did'nt read the thread but it sounds like you are'nt aware, if you do not patch anyone can make themselves the high score leader of any game they please.

This is what I know from reading a thread on the subject, I do not run the arcade hack myself, but imho you should patch your installation.

An upgrade from 1.0.1 to 1.0.3 is worth the work :)

I have a small question.

What code would I put in the "memberinfo" template to show what games you are champion of, in the public profile?

I tried myself, but couldn't get it to show. Since most of my members use the top postbit, I want to move it out of the postbit and into the public profile.

Nevermind everyone, I figured out my bug on my own. Great Hack!!!

I just installed tonight and everything went fine except for the challenge pms. For some reason, it is displaying a template message header in the challenge pms. I have searched and can't find it anywhere. Can anyone offer any help with this?
