I really hate the Googlemaps API. I used the same API as I've been using on my site for months - nothing changed except for upgrading to the new vBgooglemap. Now I'm getting an error message saying that the API was regsitered as a different site name.

I've tried my site name, my IP, IP/, site name/, IP/public_html, sitename/public_html...

I've gotta be msising something stupid here - I got it to work on the first try when I first installed vbgooglemap - any thoughts?

I used to have this problem. I dont know if this helps you or not but I hada replacement variable setup

I was replacing "AO" with "HELLO"

Sadly, the google key contained "AO" and thus was being replaced by "HELLO" causing Google to complain. Maybe your in a similiar situation?

In the doc I ask to save the key somewhere. Can you please check in the backend vbgooglemap options if the correct key is still set otherwise please enter your key again and save.

It think it has to do with the avatar settings on your forum. Do you have anything special set in that regard?

I have the same problem ... right clicking the url looks for forums/image.php?u=1 ... but there is no image.php

I have my images in a directory rather than the database ... could this be the problem?
