Is it possible to make the tickets view by all members ? For example when a member asked a question, (if its public) then all members will be able to see this question. And they will be able to reply the question so it will make the mods job easier. Is it possible ? Because even i did a public question via helpcenter, members still can not see the thread. Just the administrator usergroup... |
Probably a random question, but how would I go about changing the name of helpcenter.php? I'd like to change it to something like project.php or something. Is this at all possible and if so, what would I need to edit?

can someone tell me where to upload the navbar php file to. It says in the plugin, but i do not see this folder unless its names something else. ANYONE?
