Well it was working fine up until 9.33pm

Thats the last time it ran, I updated the fix and that happened, so how do i know who it is we have over 2000 members ?

We have also only had 4 new members today and there gamertags are all good..

I have also personally entered all the gametags myself as we have just re branded the site.

@doogie1775, double check your settings, they are all that can create such a message.

@alfieuk, just use the Search for Users administrator tool and enter "Hi!" into the Xbox Live profile field. Might double check your field ID also, it could be using a different custom profile field somehow. But the leaderboard is trying to search for the gamertag "Hi!", this can only come from something a user has entered.

What setting would have it disabled? It's not in Product Manager, and I don't see anywhere to disable it in the AdminCP / vBulletin Options where I can see.

What is the exact error or message? If it says "gXboxLive is currently disabled" you need to go to the product management and enable it.

@alfieuk, glad you found it ok. Detecting this is on my todo, I just have been quite busy lately. The regex in the instructions above should help keep people from entering the wrong format, but the results people are having seem to be mixed. Maybe an error in the regex, but you could try it.

Like I said, I did that and it is not disabled there. I even disabled and re-enabled to kick it in the rear and it made no difference. The error when clicking on the link is:

gXboxLive is currently disabled.

i'm trying to run the cron job and I get the following error:

I guess I'm missing the class_rss_poster.php file, but does anyone know how to get it?

It is a vBulletin file used for the RSS Feed posting option. Not sure when it was added, but it has been in for some time, maybe 3.6.
