It's a cron job. If you ban someone, after x hours the ban will be removed. Where x hours the time is you have set for the ban.

Go to scheduled tasks in your forums admin panel options.

Also look at the /ban command how exactly it works.

Not sure what you are trying there. Do you want the chatbox to be visible on a mobile or not?

Yes, this is exactly what I want. I want to access this chatbox via that mobile theme...
