No problem.

Yes there was the permssions for that.

I use the command /pm uname AndHereITypeTheUserName
the "/pm uname" is a constant factor. The only thing that changes (not necessarily if you keep pming the same person) is "AndHereITypeTheUserName".

That way its just faster than using the mouse.

After installing this, the chatbox itself seems to work fine; however, I get the following error when any of my users go in and try to edit their user options.

if I banned somebody by using "/ban on uname user_username" they gets unbanned automatically after some hours...

Why is that?

It's a cron job. If you ban someone, after x hours the ban will be removed. Where x hours the time is you have set for the ban.

Go to scheduled tasks in your forums admin panel options.

Also look at the /ban command how exactly it works.

Did you do a fresh install or an upgrade of the chatbox?

after installing for 1 day , the next day I see only the word 'Loading' in the SB and then my site down for a blank page , when I disable the chat it works ...I know reinstall will help but this is the 2nd time it happened and I want to know why? any tips I badly need it..
