Just installed on 4.2 and the hack isn't showing on the forums? Have enabled it and was running perfectly on 4.0 - is this a know/universal issue or just me?

Is there any way to change the message displayed to a usergroup that are not allowed to donate. I have added group id 1 to the block list (Unregistered users), but for some reason when logged out I get sent to the list of smilies instead of a message saying that I can't donate.

Any way of getting the "Donate" link moved to the end of the navbar instead of below it?
