I have a question, I want to put the stadistics at the left of the chatbox, but its appear below. Can you help me?

good chance you have a conflict with another mod.
try disabling other mods and reenabling this one and see if you still get the error...if not reenable your other ones till you find the conflict.

which parts to be modified to translate these 3 words (which users can see, not in settings)

Got it working fine.

I have a custom template called facebook_splash... i added facebook_splash to both the 'Show Stats on pages' and 'Show Stats on Templates' fields. I then added {vb:raw vsatopstats} in my custom template.

It isnt showing up. Am I going to have to add some PHP code to my facebook_splash.php or whats the deal?
