I already bought it from the store, but I have a problem when I wrote in the middle of the text (Arabic numbers) .. the rest of the text after these numbers are earsed after posting!

Any idea how to fix that please?

I see our definitions of "informative" are different. It's a single post pointing out all of Tapatalk's shortcomings and praising a product we have yet to see from vBulletin- we don't know it will do anything you bash Tapatalk for not doing and you neglect to mention it will be a very expensive add-on for forum owners whereas tapatalk is free for forum owners and very cheap per user.

I hope the vBulletin app does do more but there is nothing we've seen so far to support that... we know for a fact it doesn't support social groups- we don't know what else it won't support.

Oh and vBulletin hasn't even begun working on a Blackberry app and have no plans to ever do so, let alone WinMo7, Nokia, or WebOS.

Just a head up that the iPhone app is updated again with Facebook integration and host of other new features and bug fixes.

It's also a post by a forum that actually uses Tapatalk, or at least used it until many of the shortcomings where found (like spoofing the UA and providing no logging to check for abuse, etc.)

It's also a post from a forum that does not have any financial interest in the outcome; so of course it is informative, unless of course your definition of "informative" is to simply heap praises on Tapatalk.

Then, of course, I imagine you would provide a "thumbs up" :D

I have no financial interest in Tapatalk... One of my forum members requested it months ago, I researched it and installed it. At the time it was the only option and it remains the best option IMO simply because it supports the most devices.

I'm not saying it doesn't have short comings, but is there anything better out there? You're comparing it to an unreleased product that you assume will overcome these short comings but we have no idea if it actually does or not- unless you are part of the alpha testers group and want to share some first hand info with us?

Just don't make the "good" the enemy of the "perfect."

Two options:
The user can use for free the read Only app or buy the "pro" version for $2.99 (I know this is accurate)

or you can buy a license for the MOD and then either sell or giveaway the pro version for your site only. (http://www.tapatalk.com/rebranding.php). Not sure why you would do this.

Seriously I am finding the really annoying as hell and I want to eliminate it from my users post, I can see a promo on a limited edition but after they pay for it they should not have to advertise what device and browser they are using, I restrict members from seeing each others IPs and user agents, and I don't think it is anyones business what they are using to log on with. at least change it to a discreet graphic .
