While I love how my images are resized, this mod seems to be causing my users (and thus me) some serious frustrations when it comes to thumbnails etc.
I use vbaGallery and a minor pop-up mod, which stores original images, and enables users to put thumbnails in the posts. While it offers various options, we consistently seem to have trouble when clicking thumbnails. Ideally, this mod would just resize the picture so it does not break my forum, and then leave all pop-up handling etc to the vbaGallery. Is there by chance any way to acocmplish this? In other wors, I'd like to somehow overrule the whole javascript generation of the showing off the original picture, as that is handled by the gallery as it is. Anyone,? Thanks :) |
My stylesheets are stored as .css files. I saved me some headache by putting them in the style, then storing them again. Worked all fine after.
Thank you! |
I installed this on my vB 3.8.4 PL1 and it works partwise. For a test i put 2 Images into a thread, one hosted with Imageshack, one hosted by another image hosting site. The first one actualy got resized, the 2nd didnt.
Why could that be ? EDIT: Ok, i tried it with Lightbox and that problem remained. I switched to Shadowbox and the problem went away. |
is there any way to disable the notification that is been re-sized? if so how?

Hi! Any progress to update to VB4? Mast have addon!

"Asking coders/designers about vBulletin 4.0 and their releases.
Asking them to upgrade their work while vBulletin 4.0 is still in Beta, and probably before the production version of vBulletin 4.0 has been released for some time, only annoys people and will probably not make them release their work on vBulletin 4.0 any sooner. We therefor request not to ask such questions for now in the 3.x release forums. Please keep an eye on the 4.0 release forums to see if a modfication or style is available on vBulletin 4.0." blood marvelous!!!
The only scripts I kept finding would control the image sizes posted in a thread, but not the sig image sizes. Now we can control both and don't have to enforce oversized sig images. Thanks for your hard work...this script rocks! |
Hi Folks,
I'm using vB version 3.8.4 and I'm experience a problem with this MOD. It was working very fine and a few weeks ago I needed to change my website host.
