Drag and drop the contents of the "upload" folder (not the folder itself) to the same directory your forum files reside in :)

Another user reported a similar issue, it ended up with them being hosted on GoDaddy (a terrible, terrible webhost that nobody should ever use) and them limiting their DB space.

Copyright Management doesn't use much DB space, so that could still be inside the limit.

That's not an issue I've been able to replicate on any computer running IE11, sorry :(

Quick question... I installed the lite version on my forum but it looks kinda goofy on a mobile device as the chat box on the left hand side pushes the main window over. Not very user friendly. If I purchase the pro version and move the chat box underneath will it look better on a mobile?

Having the text area below the box does improve it, I've used it successfully on an iPhone 5S :)

Is there a way to make this shoutbox only appear in certain section of the forums? ive been trying to figure it out and i cant get it.

I have a different chatbox on the main forumhome but i want to use this one so it shows up and appearS when staff access a Staff section in the forums and this will be at the top of that section, how could i do this?

Try running repair cache in admincp/DBTech - vBShout also check if any DB errors and post them here please

As far as I know it is for 4.2.2 PL1 not sure about vbadvanced but the coder would be best to answer that

They may have made manual edits to their templates, which is allowed but not supported by us.

We don't officially support vBAdvanced due to numerous compatibility issues, but you could always try it :)

VbShout Options edit :

1. Go to your VbShout Instance Managemanet and disable "Auto-Display SHoutBox" Option

2. Go to vba CMPS and add a module [Template Module]
Fill title field what ever you want.
in Template to include type shout ( you will see this then : adv_portal_shout(you fill this)
Now paste this to the Template Content

{vb:raw show.vbshout_instance1}

Set Use Module Wrapper Template to "No"

Set your desired Permissions and Save it. Then add this module to your desired page, which i have added to home page.
