Yes it does. This mod has little to do with vb versions, so unless some major internal change is made this should keep working. Works fine here in 4.2.0.

I am with 4.1.9. I dont know the reason that makes one thread goes to twitter or not, but i miss a lot of threads going to twitter, and i dont know why.

I tried all the shorteners, and i still have the same problem. Is nothing to be with the excluded forums. It happens in the same forum. Sometimes, the threads go to twitter, sometimes don't.

I think i discover the reason why dont post so many threads to twitter: the characters. My forum is spanish, so most of them have ´in their titles, so it seems that it's the reason. Any idea of a solution?

Good point, at least for the non-English forums. The obvious first troubleshooting question: Can you tweet the exact same characters manually? What is the exact URL you connect to to do this?

I would assume so, but the author may have a difficult time reproducing the error himself if his is an English forum.

Ok, i also have a manual tweet button in my forum, and the answer is Yes. I can tweet manually with spanish characters. I use the code spend it by twitter to do this:

The one give it there to put in the showthread template.

i'm using 4.2 and it works like a charm....

Oh btw, the hashtags didn't shown up on the tweets... is there any solving I've missed?
