Hmmm. We seem to be getting an error with the latest version where, when people click the notification for mentions or quotes, it sends them to the My Activity tab instead. Anyone else having this issue?
|
It was hoped that this version would fix the vBSEO issue where they don't rewrite profile URLs properly, but this turned out not to be the case.
What is fixed, however, is the fact that it was impossible to clear notifications due to the vBSEO error previously :) However, you can try the following: Open your .htaccess file, and find Code:
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !(admincp/|modcp/|cron|vbseo_sitemap|api\.php) Code:
RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} !tab= Fillip |
If posts get edited by moderators or admins then the user who made the post receives a notification about it. Is there anyway you could look into it and try and stop it?

We'll look into it for the next version :)

I have installed this on my vb 4.2.0. patch level2 board and noticed the mod is not showing up in either of my Community and Quick Links drop downs in the navbar. It does show and function ok with my default style, but not with my custom style. Is there some part of the mod that I need to add to my custom style folder before it will appear in my custom style?

Please give us options to turn off/on for this. It is good solution for user to see that Staff member has edited his post. So, if you going to find solution to turn off, just leave options to keep turn it on :) |
