Hello Alfa owner - did you ever find this?

I know this get's mentioned, overlooked and seldom enforced, but it would be appreciated if you guys would start directing your support questions (and answers) to the ibProArcade Support Forum. That's an entire section of vBulletin.org devoted to support of this modification. Mainly, because it's the most popular modification here. It requires something better than a single thread.
The reason the same questions are getting asked over and over again is because it's virtually impossible to find what you need in a 409 page thread. But a support forum can be searched more readily. Problem is, few of you are using it, or trying to get faster support here. Also, some of you, while certainly having your hearts in the right place, are not helping matters by helping people within this thread. Please direct them to the support forums and help them there. That way we can start building the threads we need with the most common answers to the most common questions. It will make this thread and that forum so much more organised and functional in the long run. |
Hello Digital Jedi -
I asked this question a month and a half ago in the support forum, and the only reply I got was from another user that had the same problem. I'm just looking for an answer from a script which the last post in the support forum from its developer was May 16th of this year. I am appreciative of the archival value of thread-based support, which is why I have a forum in the first place. But after a month and a half of no reply, I'm expanding my search for support wherever I can find it. Hope you can understand why after a month and a half of no answers in the appropriate area, why I am trying other sources. If you'd like to take a crack at my original question, it is located here: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=253003 dc |

If after a couple of days you don't get a reply, check to make sure the question hasn't already been answered many times before. If not, a couple of days is safe to nicely bump your thread again. Remember that this section isn't any different than the rest of the forums, and sometimes threads there get missed to. We all do our best. (Remember, too, that if people don't know the answer, it's tough to offer any suggestions.) Let's try and get this thing organized so that not so many people are left hanging. The reason that forum has been overlooked in the past is because many of our users here aren't bothering to go there. We're not using this setup to its full potential. Let's also not use this thread as a way to to call attention to our support threads. If we get this going correctly, it will be of benefit to all of us. |

Wondering how I can change the background color of the arcade. Right now it's a very light-blue, and contrasts with the white text in a very unflattering way. Any ideas?
