This is a different (or possibly custom) addon.

Pls i'm not expert, can you cunstomize for do anything of similar?
If not possible, no there's a problem, i 'll use this great hack :)

This addon does not accomplish that functionality and would have to be modified to do so. If you are not a coder or do not have a coder I suggest you look at the suggest a hack forum.

Just installed 1.8.2 and here are my comments
1) After voting, the ajax does not seem to reload the result automatically. it will show 2 gray thumbs. If i reload the page, the correct result will display.
2) I disable guest voting so under every post, there is some small spacing where the "did you find helpful" located.
I thought we took care of that issue a few versions back.

1 - Have you reverted your templates to be sure no custom changes are having impact?

That depends on what version you have. The last few updates have been XML changes but I'd suggest uploading the file upload/helpfulanswers.php as well

i have 1.8.1, 'm just a little wary of uploading all the files as i don't want to lose the data (dated helpful answers) that i have now.

Finally got around to testing 1.8.2 and had 1 issues:

- I think you forgot to add the code to helpfulanswers.php to show the username of the user who received the rep. If you could also grab the user who gave rep that might be pretty cool too. For now I would take either!

Uploading php files won't change your data.
