They do not have a password in the database. Try signing up with facebook and then try logging in with username and same password. it doesn't work.

As normal, the email addresses that Facebook uses are proxy emails which when mail is sent to them forwards the email to the address that is on their Facebook account

With a few hacks it can be sorted. I have it so that on Edit Your Details page the "Edit Email and password" button shows even for Facebook users.

When they click this I have it so they can view their Facebook Proxy Email address and change their password. They can then copy the Facebook Proxy Email, logout and then go through the lost password procedure to get a new password emailed to them.

Once they have this new password they can login via either method and can then set a password they can remember. Works perfectly

Are these users able to still create an album and how do they follow forum permissions? considering they are not registered users?

they can update thier email address in vbulletin. if they do not well...

Nice idea, but it has to be worked out in many ways!

Not true. I've tried sending an email to these users and receive a bounce back in return.
