In order to use Google Sitemap in Webmaster tools, it is asking for my sitemap location...
I have entered http://www.mysite.com/forum/vbseo_si...p_index.xml.gz URL restricted by robots.txt We encountered an error while trying to access your Sitemap. Please ensure your Sitemap follows our guidelines and can be accessed at the location you provided and then resubmit. but Google hates me. I have no robots.txt in place at this time. Am I using the correct location for my sitemap? I wonder if I can even ask this here. |
I have installed the mod and it's generating reports and everything looks fine.
But when I try to click on the sitemap_index.xml.gz file I get this error: Access Forbidden or Not found I only see the sitemap_index.xml.gz in the /vbseo_sitemap/data/ folder. I think I have done something wrong in the vBSEO Sitemap Settings. If anyone could help me - It would be nice  Thanks PS I have tested the mod_rewrite on my server - it is working..... |
