^^ Yeah because it comes automatically AFTER you've installed Zoints Local. I have it in my z/includes directory.
All the settings etc are saved on that file which is saved in the includes directory once the mod has been installed. If you have it installed and don't see it in your includes directory, well not that it could be possible but if that is the case then perhaps you did a mistake somewhere in the installation. |
Hi,
I'm using your mod and I found it VERY useful. I have one problem. When I'm trying to write in Hebrew I get weird characters.. How can I solve that problem? P.S: I attached both pictures. The first is when I'm writing the characters and the second is the weird characters I get.. Thanks. |
thanx Dchapman

I see in the source page that the encoding is ISO-8859-1. I need to change to windows-1255. |
I've installed the zoints and everything sort of looks OK, except it doesn't work. When I click on My Blog or My Profile I get this url
http://www.MySite.org/forum/z/?id=0&g=blog but of course nothing displays and I get a basic 404 error. Any suggestions? I'm on a Windows NT server... is this limited to unix? Matthew |
More information:
I un-installed and then re-installed and got rid of the previous databse settings and one of the MAJOR issues is at the end it asks for the complete url of the z directory so I put in forum/z/ with trailing slash and everything sort of works but I notice that it atomatically starts out as https: so I take out the s of the https, thinking that this will fix my pages not found with the blog and profile links on the nav-bar and no go... still doesn't work Also in the admin some of the images aren't being displayed because it is looking for https://www.MySite.com/forum/images/misc/image.gif Just the images in vBulletin such as the logo in the head section and the header. since i fixed the s in the http line all the images in Zoints Admin itself now work but not the others. Is the https hardcoded in some of the files? Any advice would be great. |
