Sorry, currently I don't have this installed as ALL my forums are 4.0. I don't think I *ever* viewed it that way. Normally I'd view the archive by clicking the archive link. You can set it to not purge. I'm not sure why you would want to save the chats as that would make an extremely large and *risk corrupting data* when it becomes excessively large. You can export them by clicking the export link. You could just do an iMACROS function from Firefox that would do it.

But I will pass your suggestion to the lead developer. ;)

I dont want the chats be saved forever. But I do want to export them so that i can clear the chatbox again.

They will be saved temporarily, like a week or 2.

The export link isn't working for me when i click that archive link. I dont have the permission it says. The usergroup permissions are fine.

I'll export the chats that are older than 24 hours.

Als the chats i exported will only be kept for a week or 2. But this i'll manage myself on my own harddrive (local pc).

Btw, i didn't find the 'usergroup permissions' in the options of MGC settings.

Hi,

1. How can I disable (The default chatbox channel) or (Main channel), or put permissions on viewing it ?
why it's not a normal channel like other channels I create, I cannot edit it's settings and permissions ?

2. Chatters may chat on other channels without me notified neither with a sound when I am (IN) no with changing it's icon when I come back on a later time !
although sound notification is working fine with me on the same channel,
and (Warn user upon new message in the channel) is set to (Yes) !
is there any other option that I am missing ?

Does anyone know how to solve the problem of the width and it not being contained to the width of the forum, especially in certain styles.

It sticks out like a sore thumb :(

Anyone know why when I installed this the admin panel that installed is in French, even though I installed the English language?
