I need help... the games won play and the pictures look pixely and cut off in the middle.. .any suggestions?

the games dont even show up its just white D;

ACP => v3 Arcade => v3 Arcade Settings => v3 Arcade General Settings => Show All Awards in Postbit

So I added v3 arcade and ran the IBpro importer from v3arcade.com....

Everything imported fine but none of my games will play now?
