Hi There, thanks for this mod it is exactly what I was looking for. Once installed though, when I drill down to a thread, the right column is pushed all the way to the right, no longer accomodated by the width set in the CP.

A question please,

I want to exclude certain pages from this ie. I only want right hand column on selected pages like FORUMHOME (forum.php), SHOW THREAD (showthread.php), FORUM DISPLAY (forumdisplay.php), MEMBER LIST(memberlist.php), SHOWPOST (showpost.php) but dont want it on member.php , index.php (which is vbadvanced cmps), profile.php, private.php etc is there a conditional I can use which can exclude pages I do not want?

Delete: "<" (should be only one "<")

I am trying to add an ad under the right column and am pretty stumped, I would like to keep the ad in the "Right_column" template to keep things organized it's a 120x600 vert. Does anyone know how to do this?

I tried to add coding to the "header" and "footer" in the common templates but it ended up being placed beside the right side column and was terrible. Any help would be appreciated.

Has anyone added Dynamic content to this? I'd like to have the column list all the members in a certain usergroup, I've alrady created a custom bit to list the users, I just need to figure out how to get the variable parsed inside the right column code... ???

as for the way the above forum does it, looks like they just aren't using boarders.

On showthread.php there are a ton of a validation errors. please try to fix this.

I've been wanting to do the same thing. I would assume that you just modify the code found in post #106 (to exclude the portal page) to exclude the other pages as well, but I'm not sure what the syntax would be.

I like having the column, but I would like to exclude it from displaying on the calendar, member list, and show thread pages.

I have clickable links in mine with no problems.

Does anyone know if I can push the column over the the right so its sitting next to the forum page?

Your fixed width is too narrow, either make the forum width wider or make the column narrow to fit.

Can anyone provide the information on how to do this for VB4 and also how to do it for the Left side too. I used to have these on V3 and use them for ads etc and really miss the functionallity.
