I just updated from 2.2.0 to revision 796. Now there are now more permissions available in the configuration and I can't access any projects. Any help? (I can see, that all permissions are available in the database... but not shown in the project tools or not parsed?)

Check any permissions page and save. It must rebuild the permissions and allow you to access again to your projects (I got the issue for having the Export Issue feature).

I'm sorry: this mod is a great mod, people worked on it have done a great job but if the support level is the actual one ... better to find another support system.

vb-os had been down for weeks, no eta, see above. Right now 2.2.0 is un-usable because all of the fixes are on vb-os, we have additional issues, but can't post/get a response.

I wasn't able to know there is a bandwidth limit on the host. I can't do anything. I emailed the owner of the domain, I don't have any reply.

Yup it seems the domain is back since today. I know there is a lot of spammers on the domain, I think those spammers are the 'origin' of the excedeed bandwidth.

The error happens if you have blog/CMS disabled. The next version will have a check to avoid those issues.

hotlink protection is in cpanel and it's a server setting but send email is in vbulletin settings

I have a couple of questions; I haven't downloaded this, but have nearly done so on a number of occasions. I've glanced at the documentation, and I think the answers to both of these questions are no, but it's worth double-checking:

1) Can non-admins start their own projects, or do admins have to start them?

2) Can folks decide on the issue categories for their own projects, or is there just a simple global admin-defined set?

In the AdminCP, you can add a new issue type (AdminCP > Project Tools > Issue Type Manager). For your new issue type, you can define all issue statuses.

You can create projects only in the AdminCP. For each project, admins can define categories accordingly.

Oh, that's a shame. I was hoping users could start and run their own projects. I don't have any desire to create each one for them manually on request. :)

I always get a blank page when I wrote a report done.
I mean when I click on Send.

Although then I'll see entries, but I can not click on links.

I use Vbulletin 4.2.1 and 2.1.2 and 2.2.0 project tries tools.

Suggestion: It would be nice if past releases were still posted. This would allow us to follow along with the changes and lend a hand to the project. I was looking for the final vb release (v2.1.3), but could not find it. It would certainly allow many of us to help take the heavy load of PitchouneN64ngc. This is a big project for a single person.

I have disabled the CMS feature in my VB. Do I have to have that enabled?

I re-enabled the CMS and it worked. I wish there was a way so I didn't have to have the CMS enabled.

I have exactly the same problem. Do I have a fresh install vbulletin 4.2 and PT 2.2 but again, after submit a Task i see only blank white page ... Version 2.1.4 works fine But when I activate a new additional plugin PT dosen't work! Only White blank page... :/

This is very frustrating ... because PT are so great!!!

THIS IS BROKEN! Same problem as the people above. Apparently there are some patches but about a hour of looking and I could not find any that related to the issue "when you post a bug it gives an error, but still posts the bug - but you cant open the bug as it says invalid link."

I have looked for awhile for fixes and found a bunch of files that peoples ay to edit but half the time those edits are already done... this does NOT work with 4.2.

When you post, you get a blank screen
When you try to view a post it says "Invalid"

How to fix? My settings appear one over another because of this error.

This is already fixed in SVN. Open the file ./packages/vbprojecttools/attach/issue.php then find around the line 623:
