when selecting bets, is there anyway to modify it so that you can just click on the tournament category instead of the the little triangle arrow to get it to un-collapse. just a bad user experience.

Following upgrade to 4.1.1 I observed that vB crashed when attempting to manually add a user in admincp. Disabling gameroom resolved the problem. Uninstalled, and reinstalled but the problem persists.

Regrettably, I have had to uninstall the product. Too bad, because it was very popular on our site.

I also noticed the same thing the other day..

seem to happen only if you manually add a user..
I don't think it has affected new users registering

True dat.... I went through a regular reg process and there was no trouble. But the site owner likes to add his friends manually, so now he can't play poker.

You can't have everything; where would you put it all? LOL

I installed this arcade and I do see the gameroom.swf with no problems but I get a white page when I go to gameroom.php

NOTE: I have used every Browser I can imagine and I get the same results

You've got to register on vbgaming.org first, then follow the "order" link on the front page.

I would caution you though since the developer has been missing a long time (almost a year now) you might be out of luck if you run into a problem, there is no official support anymore.

Installed this earlyer and it has caused problems wit mysite it has turned off all my plugins and wont let me activate them again when i go to plugin mnager and tick all the boxes then save they all still remain inactive this still happens after uninstalling the gameroom ayone any ideas?

i fixed this by uploading a backup i had one more thing how do i remove the navabr tab for the gameroom as i use a tab adding system and i want it in a drop down menu just need to remove the original one

managed to figure it out but one last thing i would like to know is when playing poker why cant you raise the amount you want? instead its a set amount and doesnt let anyone change the amount?

Just because it doesn't work for everyone doesn't mean it should be graveyarded. Many people use it without issue.

True it still works so no need for Graveyard, but there is a big opening for another version.!! :D

To remove the navbar tab disable the plugin called gameroom_menu in your plugin manager. (Set "Active" to No.)

anyone have any luck, or know how to get this working with vbExperience points field? I've got the correct one in the settings, and i start with the amount I have in vbExperience points, but my winnings do not get saved when I leave.

I bought the full version from the author's website and found quite a few bugs in it. I posted the problems on his forum and didn't get a reply... Now when I log into his site, I'm unable to access the forums or post anything :rolleyes:

The author hasn't been seen for over a year. So I'm afraid you're out of luck there.
The script will largely work, but there's no chance of any remaining bugs being fixed.

That said, his forums are intended to be a demo, not a support forum. So that's the reason you cannot post there.

Hello, I use Vbsoporte Tabs, when I installed Gameroom, automatically, it has created the link in the tab, now I want to take away.
I would like to manually enter the link under the drop-down-Item.
How do you delete the link from the tabs?

I don't have this installed anymore but if I remember right, look in your Plugin Manager in Admin CP... there should be a plugin that says something about the navbar link- disable that plugin and it will go away.

If I remember right, there was a modification I did to make the number of players in the gameroom appear on the tab and it changed the color to pink, but I may have lost that in a revert some were along the way.
I have the Pro version so I am not sure how different that may be.
This is in the pluggin called 'gameroom_menu' .Everything sees to work fine in 4.1.5 but our poker room is filled with cobwebs. due to the confusion and hidden aspect of the poker and multiplayergames. I sure wish I knew how to modify this Mod because I would rebuild it if I could. I am really sorry Kevin has not come back to it, I would pay more for an updated version with the credits deluxe API integrated, and an updated graphics or customizable set of slot machines. I did several improvments to the images but that was the limit of what I knew how to do.
The multi player games and poker really need to be more prominent and easy to make a game start. the interface makes it seem that one has to upload a game software when it says add a game it should say start a game and we need more notices to draw the second or third players in.
I wonder if the chat could be integrated into v3 arcade as well, or better replaced with a third party shout box that would work in any add on that you wished.

In the gameroom itself you will see an "Admin" tab on the right. All settings are made from there.

My gameroom just stopped working???? Not sure when or what happened but since I uninstalled it my issues with manually adding users has disappeared.

I've had the database error for a couple of versions now. You will have to disable gameroom each time you want to add a new user. It's a pain in the arse, but not something to labor intensive.

needed to tweek the template to work with a style..
I just updated the code..
if your having issues with a style..
this will help..
simply over write the gameroom template with the one attached..
