yeah, also looking forward to the upgrade, just did a test of taking my site from 4.2 to 4.08 using XXamp and it looks like there are a few issues to be worked out still

Thanks, it looks great in Firefox but I need to figure out the IE issues. I know I read something but been busy getting everything looking right. I'm sure as soon as I finish get it right for my site, somebody that actually knows what they are doing will get Darkness up to date. For me, it's a whole lot of trial and error on my test site.

I can give you the rest but I think I'm dropping Darkness for now, I just can't get my bookie page to work for me the way I want. My Crypt Bookie is a big part of the site and I cant have it looking like crap before back to back UFC events. So today, I'll be trying a couple of other dark styles. Once this one is made 4.0.8+ happy, I'm sure I'll come back cause I like the look in FF a lot.

Well since it doesnt seem that its getting updated, maybe us users can fix the problem.

My Forum side block is all white, and the Whats going on is all white. Is there a way to make the white background the same color as the rest of the theme?

I'll get my changes posted today for anyone that wants to try them. But I can't really offer support or anything cause I really don't know what I'm doing myself to be honest. It's just trial on error on my test site till if figure it out, then update my live site.

When you upgraded to 4.1.0 and if the vBulletin upgrade system managed to merge and update your template automatically you will be fine.

IF you have any notices in your ADMINCP about 'out of date templates' for Darkness then i suggest using 7.0

It seems this style didn't work at 100% under IE. I don't have the same result between IE and Firefox (I didn't test all browser). E.g. borders didn't appears on left and right under IE.

I can't ask my users to run with firefox only :)
