I am having a problem with the banner working.

Where does the cash show? Should it be under peoples username while just on the forum?

The part you add to the navbar is a variable containing the html needed to embed the flash file, or to add the html table, depending on which plugin you have turned on. Are you seeing anything where the banner should be?

Cash won't show anywhere, unless you add it to the postbit, then it will show their. Just make sure you are editing the proper postbit.

Here is the postbit info---

How would this work with a site with multiple styles, including light and dark?

Can I specify a vb variable (like bgcolor) that will grab the proper color from a style, or am I forced to be limited to one color regardless of style inside the css?

Otherwise, this is REALLY neat.

Should the files in gameroom/tools be there? Would those be accessible to any user by being there?

what needs to be replaced in the already installed Gameroom, for the minor bug fix's. I hope not to have to reinstall all of it. A list of what to upload and over write would be helpful. For the time being I have embedded the Chess vs PC Flash game until I can get with you on how to add to the game room, or at least an icon to redirect to the 3D flash Game, provided it's feasible and Possible. :)

Do you get anything? You've added text to the template so you should at least be seeing that?

No detection of multiple themes, it's a single setting. Likely wouldn't be terribly hard for you to implement, just a "if...else if" chain in the settings file would do that.

Andrew a few bugs i found. I just installed the 0.9.7 version. I had 6 of my friends and we started a poker game but it was messed up first hand i had aces and my friend had aces. 2nd hand two people had pocket aces again. i have a screenshot of it because they both had ace of hearts and ace of spade both of them so we quit playing.. i just played my friend in chess and i had him in check and he did the king counter(roshee) or however u spell it while he was in check and that isn't allowed.

I'll have a update up later tonight that fixes both of those.

Hi Andrew - I'm having a tough time installing this - I can't get any of the images to appear. I'm using Firefox and I just tested and they work fine in IE.

When i click on Richest players i receive this message.

I'm having issues with this plugin. Every 5 minutes while this is enabled it causes the posts table to have to be marked as crashed and therefore needs to be repaired. Am I alone on this one?

It doesn't touch the posts table... are you sure this is the cause?

Yes. When I change the setting useVB to false the problems stop.

I understand it's a beta version but it seem there is a lot of work to do.
It crash (freeze) after few minutes of playing in poker for now.
When you start a new game in poker with 2 players we always have the sames cards, one with 2 aces and the other 2 queens and a five.
when making a new game, it's take few minutes before the other player see it and sometime the game disappear from the list.
In chess, we never can start the game.
In IE 8 the game appear in the upper left corner of a big grey square, in IE 7 and Firefox it's ok.
i run the last version downloaded this afternoon.
It'a super nice game, hope it will work fine sometime.

It doesnt works well for me , when i play it it works sometimes and whole sites get down for a while for me and people that are on my internet but works for others.

I have a question. Maybe you can answer it Andrew. Does this gameroom or the pro version of it have the option to bet against one person? A 1 on 1 bet? Would be cool to have this and then have their signature (or postbits) display the bet details.

Any sports event. Let's say I'm positive A particular sports team is going to beat another. I want to be able to enter and/or select an amount of vbcredits I am willing to bet. Then I want to be able to place a limit on the amount of people who accept the bet. That would allow me to choose if I want to do a one on one bet. Selecting more than one for this option would either split the amount amongst my opponents if they win, or they are each given the amount I bet. Of course I would have to be able to select that as an option.

Would be nice to also be able to invite/challenge someone to a bet. A thread could be posted in a forum of my choice with the title "x has challenged y".

Settings can now be changed through the plugin, rather then the settings file.
Blackjack has a surrender option,
Board games should be a little lighter on the CPU
few other bug fixes

There is quite a few changes across a good chunk of the files, just toss them all.

check your gameroom.swf file, it downloads about 10kb shy of what it should be.

There is a setting that lets you select the field used for cash. Everything it does uses that field.

Ok, just updated. Only had time to try blackjack, but I played a hand and the losing text says "los e a" no quotes.

I was getting blank screen at first too, but now all it says is the time and nothing else?

WHen I was getting blank screen i just renamed the .swf file from Gameroom.swf to gameroom.swf (now I get the time thats it, i guess it better than blank screen)

Time is the banner, you renamed gameroomBanner.swf, which is not the actual game file, just a banner ;)

opps... typo...fixed now, just replace blackjack_dealf.php to fix it.
