Having a little trouble. I have installed this and love it. However this Unread link does not work when the user visits the Gallery. I am running PhotoPhost Gallery in another directory outside of /forum/ so when a user clicks 'unread posts' while in the gallery it tried to load

/gallery/search.php?do=getnew

how can i edit the mod so it always uses /forum/search.php?do=getnew
?

Thank you for the info. I knew it would be a while considering 4.0 isn't out of beta yet. Just wanted to be sure before I committed my first born to upgrade to the 4.0 suite before it's even demo'd ;)

By default, does this plugin show on every forum page? (main page, forum view, thread view etc?)
I've used this plugin for ages (And love it btw) but I can't remember whether it's supposed to show only on the main page.

Great mod Paul, the only thing is when i get a new reputation comment or my post gets thanked, in the box that pops up, it dosent say: You have 1 new Reputation Comment.

I have 4 sites, and it works on three of them. Three of the sites are all the same, and use the same style. It is still not working. Any ideas?

Work out what is different on the one that doesnt work. Code does not randomly decide not to work, so something is not the same.

I am away for a week in a few hours so wont see any reply until I return.

hello. i have searched through this thread but can't seem to find a clear answer to this dilemma. i have a slightly modified navbar so the simple install does not display the link to unread posts and reputations. what do i need to add to the navbar template or what else would i need to do to enable this to display properly in the navbar?

The unread posts message is appended to the Welcome, XXXX. message, if you are not displaying that phrase, then you will not get the unread message.

Mark all Read is in Quick Links (all pages), thats standard vbulletin.

If you set this up yourself with user profile fields and template conditionals then yes, you could do it. Its not something I will ever add tho.

That means you have an old translation of one of mod phrases - you need to locate and delete (or update) it [it could be one of several, all start with dup_ ].

I have moved my forum to a NEW domain. Now when I click on the Unread posts link it takes me to the old domain. What do I need to change to correct this issue?

I have a little problem:
I've moved my forum to a different server in a different time zone. Since then the "unread posts" has been displaying wrong (too low) numbers. Do I need to reset something?
