Got a few issues.
http://scalemotorcars.com/forum/shop.php First off I have a premium Cafe Press shop. Im having a few alignment issues. 1st Problem My footer has taken a vacation all the way to the right side of the forum. I found the fix DJ posted around page 9 and tried it but its for the free shop not premium. No change. If I revert back to the default footer it comes back fine in Firefox and slightly off center in IE. Cant seem to locate why its doing it with my custom footer. 2nd problem. I use a background image on my forum body allot like vb.org. The Cafe store is at the right width but no background image. Where can I add the bg-image? Is it in shop.php or the CSS. And what CSS file class needs to me modded for the bg image? Thanks in advance. Update. Strange its not using the template from cafe now. In the original release it was. Ive tried both with a template and without. Still looks exactly the same. Heres the Cafe shop page to compare http://www.cafepress.com/scalemotorcars |
Ive been messing with this for hours. If I revert back to the original release things align better on the sub-cats but still off on the main page. I also get a sidebar.
Updated version alignment is totally off and the sidebar vanishes. Doesn't work on either IE or FF. |
Can someone help me with this?
Would really like to use the mod but I need to get the alignment issue resolved. Thanks  |
Yet another unsupported mod.

Do you have any ideal what lines in the css are used for alignment?

Still no luck. Ive changed ever alignment in the css and nothing changes in FF. I'm thinking it might be a misplaced html tag.
The last page that actually displays a products is ok Check here... http://www.scalemotorcars.com/forum/...cars.407114539 But all other catalog pages are wrong with the footer to the right. Do you know what script controls the catalog menu pages and the one that controls the actual product page. Maybe I can figure it out by comparing the two. Lastly the issue is not as bad in IE only Firefox pushes it to the right. In IE its just off center but I know why. Its because I have the forum Spacer Size set to 25 pixels. If I set it to 0 its fine but then messes up the skin. Thanks for the help. |

Here's one for you. I deleted all the CSS files
The one in the Free Shop The Premium Shop didnt even have one. (I have a premium accout) And the one in the cafe_press folder. Absolutley no change in IE or FF or GC. Looks like its not even reading the CSS file. Any ideal where to check that one? |
Seems to be working on 3.8.4

Warning: fetch_template() calls should be replaced by the vB_Template class. Template name: navbar in [path]/includes/functions.php on line 3957 Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/forum/shop.php(108) : eval()'d code on line 1 As the first error shows the navbar is not displaying on the shop page. Anyone got any ideas? |
Got rid of the errors by finding in shop.php:
eval('$navbar = "' . fetch_template('navbar') . '";'); Replaced with this: $navbar = render_navbar_template($navbits); No more errors showing on top of page. Now just have a few problems with the premium store, cant change color of an item or view larger. |
so, does this work on 3.8.5?
|
kylek, did you get all the stuff worked out? Can you put together a complete list of what you did? Am I asking too much?

Hi,
I've installed the script, I installed a new shop, 2.0.8 then installed this - but I get Quote:

Does this work with VB4.x?

Anybody know why this might be? I may have to just give up on cafepress if this continues... I've removed the link on my site, but if you go here: http://www.justplainpolitics.com/shop.php you can see what I am talking about. You can see t-shirts, etc. But if you click on an item it gives you nothing... |

Anyone apply this to a VB4.x version site yet? Looking for this same mod for VB4...
Thanks in advance - |
Please, update for vB4.X
