Can someone tell me what resources this mod would use in terms of your own hosting and if say a user was listening to the radio what would their own traffic use be say per minute - thanks if you can help!

If you host a station? Not sure. If not, the resources used would be from the station's server.

Can anyone suggest how, and if possible, that the link in the navbar to the Radio and TV Player can be done in a way to force it to be opened in IE - this may be an interim solution to the Firefox changing channels problem

I've been looking at this modification a few times today, not for my vBulletin but a clients.

I have one question though, surely you cannot add just any stream without the permission from either the radio or tv stations in question. I know some stations here in the UK do not permit use of such modifications, and block IP's after awhile from websites using their bandwidth.

Many sites now go to extreme lengths to ensure their content is not streamed to other websites.

I am designing something similar to this modification, however the modification is perfectly legal, and is being backed by a large Canadian company.

Laws and legal issues arise with any type of modification that can or could infringe copyright laws of certain countries, this does apply to the UK - not too sure about the USA though. If authorization is granted from the source then obviously you can use their streams.

Personally, I would add a disclaimer so people know that they are responsible for the streams they add to their forums. I had the same problem with a few modifications of mine.

About the legal thing:

You don't need any permissions of the stream owner. What you provide to your users is only the possibility to show the stream. As long you don't claim that it's your own stream, then everything should be fine.

You can edit the Radio and TV templates and remove autoplay. There's no module for vbadvanced.

So, I have 3.6.8, and when I upgrade to 3.7, how can I save all the current stations I have and get them into the 3.7 version?

Upgrade to 3.7, install this version and all stations will stay the same.

In the Radio and TV templates, edit the template RADIOSTATIONS_JAVASCRIPT, that's where all the javascript Ajax code is.

You can attach the arabic product in this thread if you want, and I will link to it.

I can't do anything in radioandtv.php except play the default station.

I'm using 3.6.9 - I haven't tried to change or add stations for a while so I'm not sure how long this has been happening.

I'm getting an error 'YAHOO' is undefined in radioandtv.php when trying to switch channels.

Use the 3.6 version.

Feedback: Dropdown menus cease to function (i.e. dropdown do not drop down) on the navigation bar once the function "radioandtv.php?..." has been called upon and is active. :(

Any hint? I am using vB 3.7 RC2.

Any answers? I am unable to change stations (only can play the default random station). When I click on any of the stations (imported using the default stations xml included with the download), I get a javascript error which states "'YAHOO' is undefined".

I am using vBulletin 3.6.9 on a Windows Server with PHP 5.25 and MySQL 5.1

This mod has some issues with Ajax that I was unable to fix. This was discussed earlier in this thread.
Use the 3.6.x version.

I have the link in my navbar. but when I click to play it, I get a message saying I dont have the right permissions to view. how do I change this?

Change the usergroup permissions.
Those are files used by me in development only, don't worry about them.
