this is the video i want to play http://darkvill3.com/prisonbreak/online/S02E15.html |
I'd like to install however, I can't read from the install.html file on what edits are to be done.
I open the file on my local machine....as I'm not suppose to upload the file as it's in the 'do not upload' folder.....and I don't see what I'm to do. I do understand that I'm to upload all the files in the root of my forums....but again, I can't read what's in my install.html file as I get some errors with the coding of it. Again, I am not suppose to upload this...so I'm viewing it locally. Instalation instructions: Upload all files from the /upload/ directory to the root of your forum, e.g. /forum/ Import the product from /import/ Do the edits from the install.hmtl file (located in the do_not_upload folder. |

Thanks Nix, but if you've not done so already....please don't, atleast not for me.
I went ahead and uploaded the files in a temp directory to see if I could read it from there...and whammo....good to go. I read over the template mods and did them all. I also went into the options for the program and made changes and ensured that permissions were set by usergroups. However, I don't see an icon to click on for the use of this in the advanced wysiwyg. Thanks for all your help Nix. |
Do you see text, or just nothing at all?

I see why. I'll put an update out real quick
So I upgraded to 3.0.8 already (earlier today), but now I see a "Updated" next to the mod, yet its still 3.0.8 ... What's the fix on the newest uploaded files nix?
I just uploaded the install text file.
^ Oh okay ... That's what I thought it was, just wanted to make sure ... ...

Hi Nix, not sure if the above quote was for me.... My main question now is that I don't see an icon in the WYSIWYG editor for the AnyMedia after installation. Any thoughts? Thanks again. ;) |
one small request on your next upgrade can u get the title of the video to show up instead of vbmedia player 3.0.8 ? like on the old one ? if its not too much trouble btw nominated for botm
Nix, update for ya....
I finally got the icon to appear in WYSIWYG editor. I went back into my usergroup settings and ensured each usergroup's option for AnyMedia was enabled....and they all were. What I did was hit the update button even though no changes were made. Then went back to see if the icon would appear....and it did. Strange.... Now that I have the icon appearing.....I posted a video from Google and YouTube...however, after posting the videos.....I click on the link to bring me to the post I just made and my browser continues to show that the page is loading. The post page isn't displaying the entire page either....as the browser sits and continues showing that it's still loading. Here is a link to a YouTube video I just posted so you can better see what I'm refering to: http://www.f-bodyhideout.com/forums/...ewpost&t=27133 |

canot load MP3 file
3.0.7 Ok attached MP3 Play without problem but 3.0.8 cannot play even canot load player MP3
Its working fine here. Did u check your settings after the upgrade? Make sure everything is set up correct still.
I've got a problem with the latest version when there are 2 or more Youtube videos in each post. In IE the page just stops at the first video and refuses to load the video or finish loading the page, but in Firefox the videos and page loads fine. I've uninstalled v3.0.8 and re-installed v3.0.7 and it works fine in both IE and Firefox.
I think I know what it is now. Just use 3.0.7 for now. I'll try and get 3.0.8.1.3.5.6 out today to fix this. :)

nominated for MOTM & donated.. Nix - your support on this is top notch!

Sounds like the same issue I'm running into, but looks like Nix has narrowed down the issue. *patiently awaits update. :) Nix, I'm really looking forward in having this hack on my site as we tend to get a lot of video posts. Thanks for working on this hack and making it available to us. ;) |
