This is a nice hack, m8 :) *clicks install* But I wonder if anyone has some other icons I could use instead of stars, since we've got about 15+ user titles and around 600 posts, everyone has 5 stars...

And I also noticed that some people didn't have stars, so I had to refresh the user titles in the CP before everyone had the stars...not sure if that was posted, but hope that helps :)

I suppose you could use any image set you'd like. I chose stars because it's part of the original install of vB, but you could choose any image you like.

You can also set your rating system to anything you like. Since you have an active community, perhaps you'd need to bump your classifications a little higher. Again, it's entirely up to you.

Good tip on refreshing the User Titles. I installed this mod before launching my forum, so it wasn't an issue for me, but it's a good tip for anyone installing this with an already active board.

Ok when you want to add stars to your moderator and admin
Go to:
User groups.
Edit Admin, Super Mod and Mod

And add after each of the titles:
<br><img src="http://yourhost.com/forum/images/5stars.gif">

quickstang22 12-19-2002 07:15 PM

Ok I added the <br><img src="http://yourhost.com/forum/images/5stars.gif">

To the Admin and Moderators. The stars show up in the AdminCP but not on the board. It is going to be a pain adding the starts to each Mod Manually.

dont you have to close the quote of the usergroup name first? try adding a single quote ( " ) before the br...then try it
